Senior software engineer, Software Program Manager
2008-2016: Software Program and Release Manager (PRM) for Intel Software Tools; Team Lead for Intel DPD Group PRMs

Responsibilities:
• Drive SW tools through product life-cycle starting from collecting/agreeing requirements and planning schedule via day to day tracking up to release and post-release review/improving activities; Directly coordinate work of 15+ people. Increased release quality, customer responsiveness and market segment share. PSXE combined other Intel SW products and became biggest suite. MPI was recognized as the best MPI of HPCwire readers’ choice in 2015.
• Lead virtual DPD team of PRMs (more than 30 people). Clarify, Improve, Automate DPD SW release processes. Updated company-wide SW quality metrics.
• Kept developr practice warm - automated PRM processes by writing perl/shell scripts, triag MPI-ITAC defects and fix part of them by myself.

Projects: IMLTS® (Intel Math Libraries Test Suite), Intel compiler math libraries (LIBM, SVML)
Responsibilities:
• Designed, implemented and supported math libraries QA tool IMLTS®. For 20+ years it is the best in the industry what was officially confirmed/recognized by different verified math libraries like GNU, MS, HP-UX, AMD ACML, FDLIBM, SUN, including stated to be correctly rounded ones. (Ultimate, CRLIBM, LIBMCR). Manage team (set goals, facilitated work, coach, grow career of employees)
• As LIBM/SVML owner develop functions, perform libraries QA and coordinate with other teams (internal customers). Worked on and exhaustively tested Intel Decimal Floating Point library - functionality required by IEEE754r standard on draft stage. Developed big endian port solution and ported 50% of library (~500 functions).
