About me

STATE AWARDS 1. Jubilee medal "25 years of independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan", December 15, 2016. 2. Medal “for contribution to the energy saving industry”, 11th of November, 2020. CAREER PATHWAY I am a graduate of the Almaty Institute of Power engineering and telecommunications with a systems engineer degree, master of technical sciences, Doctor of Business Administration. I graduated from the university with honors and a letter of gratitude from the minister of education. I began my labor activity from the 3rd year of the university within the walls of the “Saiman” meter manufacturer plant as an assistant engineer. In November 2012, I passed an internship at the German Management Academy of Lower Saxony (DMAN) on the topic "Cooperation on Energy Efficiency in Industry". During an internship, I had acquainted with modern energy saving technologies. 16 years of experience in the electric power industry and 12 years in the field of metering instrumentation (electricity meters and metering automation). For many years I worked at the “Saiman” electricity meter manufacturer plant, where I grew up from an intern to a deputy director. I have extensive practical experience in the implementation of various energy saving technologies - from LED lighting and metering automation to energy-saving electric motors in different industries. In the course of work, many questions arise from friends, relatives, acquaintances, customers - about how to save as much electricity as possible in different industries. For example, at home, at a university, in an office, in a warehouse, in industry, etc. As a result, I published the first book in Kazakhstan “ENERGY SAVING KZ. Modern Means and Ways to Save Electricity” (www.savenergy.kz) and engaged in the promotion of energy saving by donating books to the public. The book aroused interest from Russian colleagues involved in this field, as a result, in August 2016, sales of the book began in the territory of the Russian Federation. I also released a series of video materials for Youtube in Kazak and Russian languages about available energy saving technologies in everyday life and at work. In 2017–2018, I was the initiator and leader of the project for the construction of modern street SMART lighting in Atyrau, where “Batys Transit” JSC acted as an investor, and “Saiman Corporation” was the EPC contractor. This was the first experience in Kazakhstan, where centralized dispatching control of street LED lighting was introduced. The project was the result of visiting Light + Building-Messe Frankfurt 2014 where I selected right technology for the smart street lighting management system and tested in different cities of Kazakhstan. Based on the results of the work done, I issued a brief instruction on the implementation of SMART street lighting projects.
