My current responsibilities are: Business and technical support of whole Master Data process from RD&Q till 1ws Knowledge transfer Project to Support coordination for all major projects affecting Master data Business and technical Training material preparation IS and Business ownership above Master Data non SAP applications. Support development of application technology roadmaps and project agenda to best enable longevity and performance of Master Data systems System alignment control ,test and troubleshooting

Direct and indirect materials migration to SAP ECC and SAP MDM Business change and rollout Workshop preparation Data cleansing, data migration, training materials, data collection form preparation. Providing training to business of a new process/system Implementation of new system (SAP and GMD) and new business process.

Responsible for journal entries, clearings of the accounts and VAT clearings, reversals, creation and maintenance of WBS projects, Internal Orders and recurring entries, petty cash, creation and maintenance of cost, Profit center and cost center groups. Back up Product costing activity process. In charge of creation of the assessment cycles, reconcile and maintain Inventory accounts, assist with preparation of the audit process regarding SOX controls by following internal financial controls and procedures. Participate in Continuous Improvement Projects. Designed for preparation of the User guide documentation of all the process performed.
