-Develop and implement annual QA/QC audit program described in the QMS for Project Execution Directorate; -Manage periodic internal audits of Project Execution Directorate, and external audits of Contractors and Suppliers, to determine their compliance with the requirements of KPO Policies and Specifications, as well as with Regulatory and RoK Authorities requirements; -Provide input to the development and continuous improvement of a Quality Management System (QMS) within Project Execution Directorate, according to the guidelines of ISO 9000 series. -Prepare and distribute relevant QA/QC audit documentation (e.g. Audit Agendas, Check Lists, Audit Reports, Corrective Action Requests, etc.); -Ensure that QA/QC audit logs are maintained and updated regularly, including audits performed by Contractors; -Monitor progress made on closing out corrective action requests, and make suggestions for expediting the resolution of outstanding items; -Evaluate the QA/QC audit results to identify common trends and areas of concern, and make proposals to QA/QC Manager for improvement of Quality Management Systems; -Review and comment on Contractor and Supplier QMS process documents, when requested by Project Execution Directorate personnel. -Carry out preliminary qualification evaluation of testing laboratories, Contractors’ asphalt-mixing and concrete-mixing plants. -Review and technical evaluation of QA/QC tender documentation for provision of the following services: Contract for provision of Civil and Industrial Construction; Contract for supplying of reinforced concrete slabs; Contract for provision of expert, consulting and other services in the sphere of industrial safety and technical regulation; Contract for provision of Services for Land use development projects for the construction and operation of the Karachaganak facilities; Contract for pipes supplying; Expediting and Inspection Services.

-Prepare and Perform Audits as per approved plan; -Monitor and support activities of follow-up and closure of Corrective Action Requests (CAR); -Advisory activity for Contractors regarding quality management system issues. -Participate on QA/QC internal audits of Project Execution Directorate as per approved schedule; -Participate as leader or member of audit’s team holding external audits of Contractors and as per approved schedule; -Assist the QA Lead Auditor in collecting information, and identifying problems and deficiencies both directly in audits’ processes and also in improvement processes of quality assurance of Project Execution Directorate; -Prepare QA/QC Audit reports and submit to QA/QC Lead Auditor for endorsement; -Monitor progress made on closing out corrective action requests, and make suggestions for expediting the resolution of outstanding items; -Maintain an updated log of all QA/QC audits performed, the associated audit documentation, and the status of corrective action requests; -Obtain copies of internal/external audits performed by Contractors, and maintain a record file and database log of these documents; -Comment on procedures of Contractors, consult on the development, implementation and improvement of quality assurance; -Prepare and accord to procedures and production projects within the competence of this job position; -Collaborate with other members of QA/QC team in progressing the overall tasks of the department.
